| Presence, bearing witness, respecting another's pain and path. Not forcing change, but giving it a leg up. I believe that health is always with us in some manner. It is inherent and always possible. I am not referring to "cure," but a way to be with what's going on; a pathway forward. |

| Ginger Crisenbery, is recognized as a Full Instructor by the International School of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, and is an NCBTMB continuing education Approved Provider. She is a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (BCST) registered with the International Affiliation of Biodynamic Trainings (IABT). Ginger began her body-mind work in the late seventies when introduced to the paths of Yoga and Buddhism. These philosophies have influenced her approach in thirty years as a body-worker. She is a graduate of Class One of the Chicago School of Massage Therapy, and has been trained in a number of bodywork modalities over the years, including shiatsu, western herbology, Asian medical theory and diagnosis, muscle-testing and various forms of subtle energy work. Ginger has also been certified in Myofascial Therapy and Polarity Therapy. One of the things that first excited her about Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy was its solid ground in anatomy and physiology coupled with a "right brain" subtlety. Ginger studied with Michael Kern DO, Scott Zamurut, Colin Perrow and Mij Ferrett, and graduated from their three year, 700 hour Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy training in 2003. She has logged over 1200 hours as an assistant teacher, including six years with Michael Shea, both in the St. Louis area and at the Open Center in Manhattan. As well as maintaining her private practice in Evanston and Manhattan, she has worked for the Aids Alternative Health Project in Chicago, and the Palliative Care Center and Hospice of the North Shore. |
